Upgrade from Empower 3 FR1 and Higher

If your Empower 3 Software is under a Waters Software Maintenance Contract, you are entitled to an Empower 3 Software  upgrade at no additional cost.*

Review the Installation/Configuration and Upgrade Guide for list of supported instruments, computer hardware, and operating system requirements.

Please complete an Empower Upgrade Request Form for each standalone or network product that is covered under your Waters Software Maintenance Contract.

Empower Software deployments including Hitachi LC, Shimadzu LC and Shimadzu GC Systems
Waters has implemented comprehensive license control capabilities for Hitachi LC, Shimadzu LC and Shimadzu GC systems. These license controls will ensure that all Hitachi LC, Shimadzu LC and Shimadzu GC systems are properly licensed before the system is available for control within the Empower Software.  View more information.

On-site installation services for Empower upgrades are available for an additional fee, and can be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
