 The 150 µm I.D. iKey Separation Device provides significant increases in S:N compared to 2.1 mm I.D. chromatography allowing scientists to reach lower limits of detection and see things they could not see before.  ionKey/MS and 2.1 mm I.D. peaks are time aligned for comparison purposes.

300 µm I.D. iKey HT highest throughput

The 300 µm I.D. iKey HT Separation Device is a high throughput microflow separation device enabling short cycle times and improved sensitivity over conventional UPLC methods on a timescale that is practical for routine analysis.

Increasing flow rates with the iKey HT Separation Devices demonstrates the expected changes in retention time, as well as enhanced sensitivity. For high throughput applications, iKey HT Separation Devices facilitate comparable analysis times and enhanced sensitivity compared with 2.1 mm UPLC experiments.

Simplified microflow LC-MS

These systems are enabled by the iKey Separation Device, which replaces the need for traditional fittings and error prone fluid connections.  It greatly simplifies micro flow LC-MS and makes this technology easily accessable to the analytical laboratory.  The “plug and play” design of the iKey Separation Device eliminates operator variability common in traditional microflow LC-MS analyses regardless of skill level.
