Oasis PRiME HLB是一种新型反相固相萃取（SPE）吸附剂，能够简化和加速SPE流程，同时较其它样品前处理方法能够获得更洁净的萃取物。在本应用纪要中，我们采用省略了活化和平衡步骤的3步（上样-清洗-洗脱）SPE方案流程，成功地从全血样品中萃取出了22种合成大麻素及其代谢物。所有目标分析物组都获得了出色的回收率（90–110%）和极低的RSD（3–7%），基质效应（ME）也被控制在适当的范围内。
