The 300 µm I.D. iKey HT Separation Device is a high throughput microflow separation device enabling short cycle times and improved sensitivity over conventional UPLC methods on a timescale that is practical for routine analysis.
Increasing flow rates with the iKey HT Separation Devices demonstrates the expected changes in retention time, as well as enhanced sensitivity. For high throughput applications, iKey HT Separation Devices facilitate comparable analysis times and enhanced sensitivity compared with 2.1 mm UPLC experiments.
