Versatile Workflows

Two independent analytical glycan workflows that allow scientists to characterize and monitor glycan profiles using both optical (fluorescent) and/or MS (MS) data generated within an integrated UPLC/FLR/QTof MS system.  These workflows enable researchers to assign and quantify low abundance glycan structures with higher confidence.

1) Released Glycan FLR (with optional MS confirmation) for the generation of quantitative glycan profiles with high confidence through accurate mass conformation.

2) Released Glycan DDA workflow enabling fluorescence-based quantification of profiles and independent MS/MS confirmation via data export to SimGlycan (Premier Biosoft) for structural assignments.
