Waters does not simply provide technology, we provide solutions. We use the term “workflow” frequently, but our impact runs much deeper than a piece of hardware, an algorithm, or a consumable. It’s a full approach that helps scientists reliably answer questions they need to succeed.

Waters chose me! However, it was an easy decision to make having known my local sales and service teams from my time in the lab. I considered competitors but my heart was already with Waters.

It’s a supportive culture and every day presents unique challenges. This keeps the job interesting and dynamic. The supportive culture and talented people you get to work with every day are one of the best parts about Waters.

We’re encouraged to demonstrate a growth mindset and ask questions. Managers expect you to try new things and make mistakes, as long as those mistakes are learned from. There is a great breadth of knowledge at Waters, which makes you eager to understand and try new things.
