If your waters_connect software is under a waters_connect Software Maintenance Plan, you are entitled to receive the latest version of software and documentation at no additional cost.*
For product improvements and new features, please refer to the latest waters_connect release overview documentation available via the waters_connect Long Term Support (LTS) & Short Term Support (STS) Release Overview.
In a few simple steps, you can view and obtain all software available to your organization and receive notifications when there is a new release posted for your team with the Waters Digital Software Delivery and License Entitlement Platform.

*Please Note: Any costs associated with requalification, validation, operating system upgrades, migrations from UNIFI Standalone or MassLynx software, and database backup drives will NOT be covered by Waters as part of your Software Maintenance Plan. Also, waters_connect upgrades are not customer installable. On-site installation services for upgrades are available for an additional fee, and can be scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
