High recoveries across a diverse range oligotherapeutic modalities

High recoveries across a diverse range oligotherapeutic modalities

OligoWorks SPE kits are designed to simplify and accelerate the extraction of oligonucleotide-based drugs and metabolites from biofluids (plasma, urine, tissue homogenates), and to deliver maximum LC-MS sensitivity and repeatability across a diverse range of oligonucleotide therapeutics, including lipid-conjugated species.

OligoWorks WAX sorbent is quality control tested and batch-selected for maximum oligonucleotide recovery, and a robust detergent-free protocol reduces method development and produces a clean concentrated eluate that is ready for direct LC-MS analysis - avoiding the need for evaporation and reconstitution.

OligoWorks SPE kits are optimized for efficient oligonucleotide extraction from biomatrices and sensitive, repeatable quantitative LC-MS performance across a diverse range of oligonucleotide therapeutics. OligoWorks SPE Kits & Components

Recovery

Achieve high recoveries across diversely modified oligonucleotides
OligoWorks SPE Kits have been developed to provide consistently high recoveries across a diverse range of oligotherapeutic modalities and to reduce if not eliminate the need for added method development. Data shown using the OligoWorks SPE Microplate Kit demonstrates consistently high recoveries across a range of unmodified to highly modified oligonucleotides, including GalNAc and lipid-conjugated oligonucleotides.

Repeatability

Carefully selected OligoWorks sorbent ensures lot-to-lot performance
Addressing the primary source of variability in quantitative LC-MS assays: sample preparation, OligoWorks SPE Kits are specifically aimed at delivering improved MS sensitivity, linear response and repeatability. Standardized lot-traceable reagents and SPE devices containing OligoWorks WAX sorbent batch-selected for optimal oligonucleotide recovery, and optimized pretreatment and SPE protocols enable OligoWorks SPE Kits to deliver sensitive, highly repeatable LC-MS performance from lot-to-lot.

Productivity

Streamlined workflow saves time and enhances LC-MS performance
Streamlined sample pretreatment and SPE protocols reduce the need for added method development and eliminate the foaming, excessive washing and poor MS compatibility associated with detergent based workflows. Moreover, the clean well-concentrated eluate is ready for direct LC-MS analysis without the need for evaporation and reconstitution, further reducing potential losses and variability and accelerating time-to-results with enhanced analytical performance and productivity.

Flexibility & Scalability

Deliver optimal results with flexibility and automation
All OligoWorks SPE devices and reagents included in OligoWorks SPE Kits are also available as standalone products, including the RapiZyme Proteinase K Digestion Module and additional non-kitted SPE device formats, providing for flexibility in their use and deployment.

Additionally, for labs looking to scale up with reduced risk of human error, or simply looking to gain valuable walk-away time, pre-scripted OneLab automation protocols for the Andrew+ Pipetting Robot are available and ready for download.
