Overview
- Go from HPLC to UHPLC with the flip of a switch - Easily switch between HPLC and UHPLC operation with multi-flow technology to select the dwell volume that fits best the column separation.
- Simplify your daily set-up - Fully automate your daily system start-up, including system priming and equilibration, with Empower 3 Software. Get real-time information on all of system components in one location, with a simple and intuitive interface using the ACQUITY Console.
- Speed mobile phase preparation with more repeatability - Reduce the time it takes to prepare mobile phases while improving the day-to-day repeatability of your preparations by preparing your pH buffers online from pure solvents with Auto●Blend Plus Technology.
- Minimize carryover - Achieve ultra-low carryover (≤0.002%) by continuously cleansing the needle during the run with an advanced flow-through-needle design.
- Achieve flexibility and stability for method development - Column manager options available for up to 15 columns ranging in length from 50 mm to 300 mm with a temperature range of 4 °C to 90 °C. Optional and integrated column selection valve provide fast, unattended column changeover.
- Provide stability for method transfer needs - Provide stable, uniform temperature management with integrated active pre-heating options to ensure method repeatability from lab to lab. Gradient SmartStart easily adjusts for system volume differences when transferring methods from an alternative LC system without alteration to the method table.
Recommended Use: For modernizing your chromatography while being able to run legacy, validated methods.
Features Header
Replicate your established methods
Get seamless and efficient transfer, adjustment, or improvement of methods from any LC platform without compromise in method integrity or changes to validated gradient tables with the ACQUITY Arc System.
The ACQUITY Arc System can replicate your established HPLC methods by compensating for these differences with unique features such as the Arc multi-flow path technology and Gradient SmartStart. With these innovative attributes, you can seamlessly replicate your existing chromatographic results to meet your acceptance criteria without changes to validated gradient tables.
Go from HPLC to UHPLC with the flip of a switch
With the multi-flow path technology in the ACQUITY Arc System, you can easily switch between HPLC and UHPLC operation by selecting the dwell volume that best fits the column separation. The ACQUITY Arc System’s reliability and robustness ensures product consistency and compliance with regulatory guidelines, all while minimizing downtime and inefficiencies.
With the ACQUITY Arc System, you can maximize productivity by combining system dispersion characteristics with efficient and rapid 2.x µm UHPLC separations or larger, 3.0–5.0 µm particles - so you get the flexibility your lab needs to support a wide-range of LC applications.
