About
Located at Waters Corporate Headquarters in Milford, MA, the Experience Design Center has two state-of-the-art usability labs equipped with multiple high-definition video cameras and superior audio quality to capture your feedback. We have a hardware lab for measuring full end-to-end scientific workflows, and a second lab dedicated to digital artifacts.
Supporting the laboratories, we have a collaboration room with an observation facility for overseeing the research studies live or on-demand. In addition to the laboratories, our audio/visual suite captures user testimonials and footage from the studies.
Besides conducting face-to-face studies in our Milford labs, we host remote sessions with customers from around the world. Internal global teams can view to both live and previously recorded sessions, interact with project teams and their research, and ultimately improve Waters products and services based on these insights. We also collaborate with Immerse, a Waters lab based in the hub of Boston, allowing customers to easily join our research sessions.
