Searchability and difficulty in restoring data are the key reasons many system administrators and users alike have decided to leave the data active in Empower Software. But with NuGenesis LMS, you can now quickly locate and restore projects archived with as little reference information as the sample name, date acquired, or chemist name.

During the archival process, the NuGenesis LMS scans all Empower Software projects and data types, automatically extracting key information from projects and samples, and then builds an indexed database catalog that can be quickly searched.

NuGenesis LMS also improves the ability to search for and access both data and reports through a centralized installation. Users can browse and search for information using a web-based application as well as re-use both report data and view live chromatograms before making the decision to restore projects to their servers.

NuGenesis LMS utilizes patented Waters Print Capture technology that allows any report to be accurately and automatically saved within minutes of its creation or change, to consolidate and manage all content. Reports are automatically captured without changing the workflow and are made available to authorized users according to the appropriate policies for your organization and IT infrastructure. Using the e-signature function, Empower CDS automatically sends the report to NuGenesis LMS for scientific review by QA or management and facilitates electronic submissions to regulatory bodies. Additionally, electronic review and signatures of the whole data package can continue in NuGenesis LMS complete with e-signatures.
