Microtiter Plate Acceptance Criteria: Accepts standard microtiter plates meeting the ANSI/SLAS 4-2004 R2012 specification.
Plate Access: The Automation Portal’s landing pad allows unimpeded access to both short sides and both long sides, allowing plates to be gripped in either orientation. On the short side of the plate, the Automation Portal’s landing pad allows clear access to the bottom edge of the sample plate, along the tray edge dimension. On the long side, the landing pad allows a gripper access to the top 10 mm of a plate.
Cycle Time: Defined as one drawer extraction and one drawer insertion; less than 1 minute.
Temperature: Maintains sample manager environmental conditions.
Communications: Serial communications to Sample Manager and PC.
