UNIFI Software Upgrade Request

With this notice, we provide formal notification of Waters decision to initiate the End-Of-Life process for UNIFI Software.

From December 31, 2023, UNIFI Software (version 1.9 SR4 or lower) will transition to Limited Support. In Limited Support, only existing technical and professional support services will be available. No engineering support will be available for any anomaly investigations or corrections for UNIFI 1.9 SR4 or lower.

From December 31, 2026, UNIFI 1.9 SR4 will be formally obsolete. At this point, no technical, professional, or engineering support services will be available.

Customers with UNIFI Software active maintenance contracts will continue to receive support from our dedicated technical support talent until product termination on December 31, 2026.
