Multicultural Circle Co-Chairs: Anil Ranganath and Patrick Conway
Anil Ranganath is Senior Director, Associate General Counsel at Waters. Anil joined Waters in December 2010. He is a member of the senior management team of the Global Legal Organization. Anil is responsible for directing and managing the legal affairs for the Company’s global business and corporate functions. Patrick Conway is Vice President of Human Resources Operations for Waters since 2018 after more than 10 years as the leader of HR for TA Instruments. He has over 25 years of global Human Resources and Operations Management experience spanning analytical instrumentation, specialty fine chemicals, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, and insurance. Pat earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Human Resources from Iona College. He is also GPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
