Belinda is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Waters Corporation. Her passion is focused on enabling individuals and teams to perform at their best, and creating a work environment that people want to be a part of. She has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational psychology, and served previous roles with a variety of companies covering many HR specialties.
